The Quarter

 

The Quarter is a landmark £100 million development adjacent to Liverpool's waterfront and creative quarter.  The mixed-use scheme includes residential apartments, a four star Ramada Plaza hotel, retail space, office accommodation and secure underground car parking.

The Gallery, Phase One

The Gallery is located at the heart of the development and comprises one, two and three bedroom apartments set over six floors.  Many of hte 110 apartments, which are accessed via the landscaped public plaza, incorporate balconies and en-suite facilities.

The Courtyard, Phase Two

The C-shaped block includes 12 spacious, three-storey townhouses, which overlook the central courtyard area.  The building also includes 65, one, two and three bedroom apartments.

The Tower, Phase Three

The scheme's centre piece is a graceful 22-storey, glass residential tower set to become an integral part of Liverpool's skyline.  The Tower contains 112 luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as duplex penthouses boasting unrivalled views of the city and waterfront.

The Hotel, Phase Three

Adjacent to The Tower entrance is the impressive reception area of the four star Ramada Plaza hotel.  The 145-bedroom hotel includes a fine dining restaurant, spa and busines centre with conference facilites.

The Terrace, Phase Four

The Terrace is the final phase of The Quarter development and will incorporate 86 apartments, ten retail units and seven commercial units over six floors.
